Student Isaiah Pominville is conducting a survey on perception of, belief of or experience with intermittent fasting and exercise for an honors thesis supervised by Amy Bidwell of the health promotion and wellness department.

Anyone 18 years or older is eligible to participate.

The survey will take about 10 to 15 minutes, and will not collect emails, names or other identifiable data, to protect the confidentiality of any potentially sensitive data. Participation is completely voluntary, and people can opt out at any time before submitting this form without penalty. Pominville asks participants to take the time to read and answer each question carefully.

As an incentive, the survey will offer cash prizes including one $50 prize and three $25 prizes. Doing so happens via a separate post-survey process to protect privacy.

Members of the campus community are invited to access the survey to provide data for the project before finals week.
