SUNY Oswego has announced a partnership with St. John Fisher College under the Community Education Partner Program. As a partner, Oswego employees who are accepted are potentially eligible for a 20 percent discount for the entire doctorate in education (Ed.D.) program as well as the online library media program. 

Requirements and highlights include:

  • An accelerated format that allows coursework and dissertation to be completed in as little as 28 months
  • Coursework taking place at St. John Fisher College's Syracuse campus, located at Onondaga Community College
  • Multidisciplinary aspect for leaders and managers in higher education, preschool through high school education, business, healthcare, non-profit, for-profit and government organizations
  • Classes on alternate Friday evenings and Saturdays to accommodate the schedules of working professionals
  • Next cohort beginning May 2021

To be eligible for the program, you must have a master’s degree and successful leadership/administrative experience.
