Grants are available to support student participation in virtual presentations at conferences, exhibits or performances for the 2020-2021 academic year, via the college's Research and Individualized Student Experiences (RISE) Office, supported by the Provost's Office. Students presenting their work will receive preference.

Due to the impact of  COVID-19 and in following the Oswego Spring Forward Plan (physical travel won’t be supported in most cases), the RISE travel grant supports the registration (or other participation) fees at conferences, exhibits or performances.

To apply, visit the RISE student grants webpage and fill out the application form along with a faculty sponsor form. Please download the guidelines for applying for student travel support on the RISE webpage before preparing your request.

Student travel grant awardees are required to submit a summary of their experience to the RISE Office within one month of the event.
