With the start of finals week and the end of the semester ahead, Counseling Services offers resources students can access to get ready for the summer or practice self-care:
- Stress Less Resources: Meditations, movement, virtual trips, studying techniques and more
- Self-Care Resources: Practice self-care with these meditations and prompts
- Summer Self-Care Guide: A guide to self-care this summer with tips and resources
- Off-Campus Mental Health Support: Get connected to a mental health provider wherever you are
- Recorded Workshops" Topics include "Making Space for Your Mental Health," "Understanding Your Mental Health" and varius self-compassion practices
YouTube resources:
- Mindful Chats Youtube Series: Interviews with counselors and SUNY Oswego staff and students with ideas for taking care of yourself in school and out
- Self-Care Sunday Podcast: A podcast all about self-care for college students at SUNY Oswego
Students also can access a Mindful Monday Relaxation program on 1 p.m. on Monday, May 10.
