As the Laker men’s basketball team gears up to host the SUNYAC tournament, starting Friday night, Auxiliary Services and Intercollegiate Athletics have teamed up to meet student interest by providing free extended Green Route Centro to Laker Hall on Friday, Feb. 25. The shuttle will run in a half-hour loop from Marano Campus Center to Laker Hall starting from 5:42 p.m. until 10 p.m.
No need to worry about getting that last parking spot or driving in the snow to get to Laker Hall to cheer on the Lakers, as they defend their top seed in the SUNYAC and seek an automatic bid to return to the NCAA Tournament.
The Lakers tip off against New Paltz at 7:30 p.m., preceded by the other semifinal, Oneonta vs. Brockport, starting at 5:30 p.m. in Laker Hall’s Max Ziel Gymnasium. The first 500 students with Oswego student ID will receive a gold T-shirt. Get tickets online to save time; they are free for Oswego students! Remember -- all spectators, including students, attending the game(s) must comply with the Indoor Spectator Policy.
