The collective bargaining agreements between New York State and CSEA (Civil Service Employees Association), NYSCOPBA (New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association), PBANYS (Police Benevolent Association of New York State ) and PEF (Public Employees Federation) allow employees to waive holiday compensation.
To make a change to your current election (to waive holiday pay or receive compensatory time off for holidays worked), fill out the Waiver of Additional Money for Holiday Work form. Please return this waiver via email to the Payroll office at payroll@oswego.edu, no later than May 15, 2022.
