The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures will present the IberoAmerican Film Fest, with showings on five consecutive Wednesdays.
Every Wednesday at 7 p.m., from Sept. 7 to Oct. 5, films from Brazil, Colombia, Spain and the United States will be screened in the Marano Campus Center auditorium (Room 132).
The films will be:
- Sept. 7: "A Este Lado del Mundo (On This Side of the World)," Spain (2020)
- Sept. 14: "Chico and Rita," Spain/Cuba (2010)
- Sept. 21: "In the Heights," U.S. (2021)
- Sept. 28: "Cabeca de Nego (A Bruddah's Mind)," Brazil, 2020
- Oct. 5: "Monos," Colombia, 2019
Admission is free and the events are open to the public.
