SUNY Oswego's Facilities Services team is pleased to announce the launch of a new work order system, including a new request portal soon to be available to the campus community. The new portal, ReADY Request, will replace the existing iService Desk, and will provide users better tools to submit, track and update work requests.
This conversion is scheduled for after business hours on Oct. 1. Links and information regarding the new request portal will be available on the Facilities Services webpage. If you are unable to submit requests anytime over the weekend, please call 315.312.3117 for assistance. Facilities Services office staff will be available during normal operating hours at 315.312.3200.
Please bear with the staff as they also make this transition and every effort will be taken to ensure existing work orders are addressed and updates are available.
