SUNY Oswego's ASAP (Adult Student Assistance Programs) will present on preparing for finals and finding work-life balance in a virtual session at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 29.

With the end of the semester -- and final exams -- right around the corner, this session provides a timely discussion on how to balance work, family and academics while managing the stress of preparing for exams. Register via this link to virtually meet with experts and other students for tips and tricks on how to successfully navigate those end-of-semester challenges.

Those who are interested but can't attend should still register -- and include any questions they might have on the registration form -- to receive a recording of the session.
