The Office of Learning Services provides free peer tutoring for SUNY Oswego students, and two tutors will co-facilitate a “How to Study” group session from 7 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, in 215 Penfield Library.
Attendees will hear from peer tutors about effective strategies for studying and then have a chance to develop their own study plan with the assistance of the tutors.
Students should bring materials (or a laptop) to assist them in creating their study plan. Items such as syllabi and other schedules (work, clubs, etc.) will be helpful in crafting an individual study plan. No reservation is necessary. Students will receive email confirmation of their attendance.
