The SUNY Oswego students of the PRL 318 "Event Planning" class will host an panel presentation, "After the Lake," at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, discussing life post-graduation and different pathways people can take.

Taking place in the Marano Campus Center auditorium (room 132), the event will include a moderated panel discussion led by senior Rickey Strachan with three knowledgeable speakers: Lindsay McCluskey, public relations professional and SUNY Oswego professor, Megan Mazzaccone ‘07, career coach and theatre faculty member; and Mary Buske ‘20, life coach and entrepreneur.

The panel will be about 45 minutes long with a Q+A following.

Event director Rickey Strachan said the purpose of the event is “to give attendees a well needed and experienced yet relatable perspective on the college journey, specifically with these journeys being rounded back to their major/prospective careers or ones like it.”

This event is organized by the students of the public relations class to help students to further gain information about life after graduation as well as receive extra credit for certain classes.
