SUNY Oswego Health Services will host upcoming free walk-in flu clinics for students, from 1 to 3 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 11 in Walker Health Center.

Participants are invited to join the collective effort to fight against the flu virus. No prior appointments are required. Simply present your student ID, and the healthcare team will administer your flu shot.

Please note that for students under the age of 18, a consent form must be completed before receiving the vaccine. You can access this consent form on the Patient Portal website at oswego.medicatconnect.com/ or download the "authorization for treatment" form on the Health Services website at oswego.edu/health-services/required-forms, and present the signed form at Health Services.

The campus prioritizes the well-being of the community. Therefore, organizers request that if you are not feeling well on the day of the clinics, you refrain from attending.

Your cooperation in maintaining a healthy and flu-free campus is greatly appreciated.

For questions or accommodations, please reach out to Health Services at 315.312.4100.
