Sleep is one of the most important ways to ensure you are energized and ready to take on the day. Having a good night's sleep improves your brain performance, mood, and health. In one study, it showed that at least 60 percent of college students have poor-quality sleep.

Are you interested in building better sleep habits? If so, you can sign up via this link for the 30-day sleep challenge.

There will be two drop-in sessions where you can pick up your sleep kits for the challenge. On Friday, Oct. 6, and Monday, Oct. 9, interested students can drop into 508 Culkin Hall any time between 3 and 4:30 p.m. Please let organizers know if you are unable to make either session but are interested by emailing ozpeereds@oswego.edu.

The sleep kit will include a sleep journal filled with tips to increase your sleep each day, to promote better sleep. In addition, you will receive a sleep mask, sleep spray, earplugs and a few other pleasant surprises as well.

If you complete all 30 days, you will receive a surprise to celebrate your accomplishments. But signing up early is encouraged because spots are limited for this opportunity to help yourself build better sleeping habits.

Sincerely,

Oz Peer Eds
