Residence Life and Housing
- All Residence Halls except The Village close on Saturday Dec. 16 at 10 a.m.
- Will reopen on Jan. 21, 2024 at 9 a.m.
** New student move-in will take place on Jan. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Move-in for returning students will be Jan. 21 starting at 9 a.m.
Retail Dining and Catering
Crossroads: Closes Friday, Dec. 15 at 1 p.m.; will re-open Dec. 18 to 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.; then will close Dec. 23 to Jan. 21. Will reopen Jan. 22 at 7:45 a.m.
The following will close on Dec. 15 and reopen on Jan. 22 at these times:
- Rich and Pour: 8:30 a.m.
- Fusion Cafe: 7:30 a.m.
- Lake Effect Cafe: 7:30 a.m.
- Palates: 11 a.m.
- Cutting Board: 11 a.m.

Dining Centers
- Cooper: Closes Friday, Dec. 15 after dinner; reopens Saturday, Jan. 20 for brunch and dinner

** Cooper Dining Center will serve Graduation Brunch on Saturday, Dec. 16, from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. : Laker Dining dollars accepted or $12.45 per person - Crave, Global Faire and Late Night end for the semester Thursday, Dec. 14.
- ** Regular serving hours (breakfast, lunch, dinner, Global Faire and The Crave) begin at all dining centers on Monday, Jan. 22. Late Night begins at Cooper Thursday, Jan. 25 at 8:30 p.m.
Penfield Library
- Dec. 16 and 17: closed

Marano Campus Center // Welcome Desk
The Marano Campus Center Welcome Desk will be open the following days from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. during break:
- Dec. 18, 19, 20 26 and 27
- Jan. 2 to 5; 8 to 12; 16 to 19
- Regular hours will begin when classes resume on Jan. 22
The Marano Campus Center building will be open 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily through Jan. 15, when doors will return to the regular semester schedule. The building will be closed on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Doors will open for the Deborah F. Stanley Arena and Convocation Hall based on game and practice times.
The College Stores
Marano Campus Center: Closes Friday, Dec. 22 at 4 p.m.; reopens Jan. 2, at 8 a.m.
Supplies in Lanigan: Closes Friday, Dec. 15, at 4 p.m.; reopens Jan. 15, at 8 a.m.
Health Services
- Health Services will work remotely from Dec. 19 to Jan. 15, as part of the campus energy savings initiative.
- You can still schedule telehealth appointments by calling 315-312-4100.
- For in-person appointments, Health Services will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Dec, 20; Jan. 3; and Jan. 10.
- Please be aware that Health Services will be closed Dec. 18, and from noon on Dec. 22 to Jan. 1 as well as on Jan. 15.
Counseling Services
- Counseling Services will work remotely from Dec. 18, to Jan. 15, as part of the campus energy savings initiative.
- You can still schedule telehealth appointments by calling 315-312-4416, as well as access the after-hours crisis line via the same number.
- Counseling Services will be closed on Dec. 18 and 20 after noon, and from noon on Dec. 22 through Jan 1, as well as closed on Jan 15.
The Point
The Point will close Dec. 18 and reopen Jan. 16.
Box Office
Finals Week: Monday, Dec. 11, 2023 through Thursday, Dec. 14: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; closed Friday, Dec. 15
Box Office Winter Recess schedule
- Walk-up window will open 60 minutes before hockey games in Marano Campus Center
- Laker Box Office window will open 45 minutes before tip of first games

- Regular window hours resume Monday, Jan. 22 at 10 a.m.
Student Association
Student Association Check Cashing service will close on Wednesday Dec. 14, at 2 p.m.; reopening Jan. 22, at 10 a.m.

Campus Recreation
- Glimmerglass Fitness Center will close Thursday, Dec. 14, at 10 p.m.
- Cooper Fitness Center and Lee Hall close Friday, Dec. 15 at 4:30 p.m.
