The second annual Happy Birthday Constitution Party, 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17, in the Marano Campus Center food and activity court, will provide games focused around the Constitution of the United States, food and copies of the foundational document.
Students, faculty and staff can partake in up to three games to learn more about the history behind the Constitution and current implications of these policies, with offerings including:
- Constitutional Jeopardy, a battle to see who knows the most about the articles, amendments and current issues surrounding the Constitution
- Mapmaker: The Gerrymandering Game
- Ships and Shoes, a variation of Monopoly
Prizes will be available for the game winners, along with pizza and birthday cake for all. Additional tables will have pocket Constitutions and information on voter registration.
