The college's on-campus Students Helping Oz Peers (SHOP) pantry continues to make food and personal care items available to students in need.
Requests can be arranged for pickup, as SHOP's regular hours are suspended to ensure safety during COVID-19 precautions.
To request food or personal items, students should fill out an online form that offers options by request, as long as they remain in stock.
Students can email shop@oswego.edu for additional details about pickup. If a student's needs are more significant then what these services provide, they can email deanofstudents@oswego.edu to schedule a phone appointment with the coordinator to better serve their needs.
The SHOP pantry opened in October 2016 to support students with food insecurity and other issues.
An email to the campus community earlier this week contains additional links to support students.
Faculty, staff and members of the community who are interested in supporting the ongoing need are invited to make an online donation to SHOP or to the Student Emergency Fund.
The #TogetherOz campaign weaves in the voices and stories of the Oswego family, to keep us all connected as we learn, educate and work remotely. We will get through this together because we are #TogetherOz.
