SUNY Oswego has moved the April 4 deadline for course withdrawals to the last day of classes on May 8 for the spring 2020 semester.

Students should discuss their status (in any course they are considering withdrawing from) with their academic advisor and, where appropriate, with the Financial Aid office. With this change, we want to make sure that students have ample time in making this critical decision.

Please note that the paper process has now been replaced with a simple online form. The withdrawal request will be reviewed and approved by the appropriate Dean's office, and a message regarding a decision will be sent to students and their instructors. Those students who withdraw will receive a WN grade for the course. Students will not receive any credit in such a case and the grade is not calculated into their GPA.
