Campus community members are working #TogetherOz to find ways to make health, wellness and well-being programs and resources available online to help the Oswego family wherever and whenever needed.
The collaboration includes input and resources from the Dean of Students Office, Fitness Centers, Campus Recreation, Counseling Services Center, the health promotion and wellness department and Auxiliary Resources. One example was a recent Mindful Yoga class taught by theatre faculty member Steven York live-streamed and recorded for on-demand access any time an audience might be interested.
"We really want to try to offer them something at their home, or wherever they may be residing, so they can continue their health and wellness efforts," said Brian Wallace, director the Fitness Centers and a key part of the project.

The #TogetherOz campaign weaves in the voices and stories of the Oswego family, to keep us all connected as we learn, educate and work remotely. We will get through this together because we are #TogetherOz.
