As Faculty Fellow, Toale will participate fully in weekly President’s Council meetings and serve as a liaison to the faculty. She will continue to teach this semester and retain her role as chair of the Communication Studies Department.
Toale formerly served on the faculties at West Virginia University, Baldwin Wallace University and West Virginia Wesleyan before joining Oswego in 2014.
Among her achievements at SUNY Oswego, Toale led the development of the college’s new graduate program in strategic communication. She recently served as interim dean of graduate studies, during the spring 2017 semester, where she provided continuing leadership for the Division of Graduate Studies.
