SUNY Oswego will host two Financial Aid Days workshops – from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Jan. 25, in 206 Marano Campus Center on its lakeside campus, and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Feb. 8, in Suite 115 of the Atrium on its downtown Syracuse campus on Clinton Square.
Both events are free and open to anybody seeking help from financial aid professionals to help complete the Financial Aid Free Scholarship Application (FAFSA) and Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) forms. Advance registration is encouraged due to limited space availability.
“Every year, paying for college is a top concern of families looking at higher education,” said Cory Bezek, SUNY Oswego vice president for enrollment management. “The SUNY system and our university are happy to be part of these statewide programs that will help parents and students understand how to make these degrees as affordable as possible.”
Bezek noted all of the SUNY Financial Aid days are designed for anybody seeking help with FAFSA or TAP, whether or not they plan to attend Oswego or any SUNY institution.
