Lindsay McCluskey of communication studies and Casey Raymond of chemistry are the 2021 recipients of the President’s Award for Excellence in Academic Advising.

Consistently going above and beyond has earned Kestas Bendinskas of Oswego’s chemistry faculty the prestigious rank of Distinguished Service Professor from SUNY.

Fehmi Damkaci, professor and chair of SUNY Oswego's chemistry department and founder and director of the GENIUS Olympiad environmental competition in Oswego for high school students from scores of countries around the world for nearly nine years, has earned the SUNY Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Faculty Service.

The State University of New York has conferred on Casey Raymond, associate professor of chemistry at SUNY Oswego, the Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Teaching, based on his consistent, beyond-the-call care for the performance and success of his students, his colleagues, his discipline and the college's state-of-the-art science building.
