As a celebrated tradition for over two decades, we have welcomed countless families and friends to the SUNY Oswego campus during Family and Friends Weekend. Now that students have settled in, this is a great way to enjoy quality time and get to know the local Oswego area and SUNY Oswego campus better!

Throughout the weekend we have a variety of activities planned, including art exhibitions, music performances, athletic and social events, and opportunities to explore the local Oswego area.

Family and Friends Check-in

There is no formal check-in for Family and Friends Weekend, parents and family supporters can come and go as they please to any number of events listed on our website!

Food and History Tour:

  • This tour covers both the history and gives visitors the chance to try samples from Oswego restaurants and businesses. The tour is 2 miles long for a duration of 3 hours. The minimum amount for a tour is 2 people and the maximum amount is 8 people.*

Haunted Oswego Tour:

  • The Haunted Oswego tour is 90 minutes long and covers the span of one mile. This tour stops at different locations throughout the Oswego city area and tells stories of ghosts and spirits.
