Arrests Sept. 14 to 28

Police Report 

From Sept. 14 to 28, 2017, SUNY Oswego police have investigated several cases of found property, drug possession and intoxicated persons, and made 14 arrests.

Misdemeanors

Police arrested a 20-year-old Cayuga Hall resident for fourth-degree possession of a weapon (a stun gun), and two motor vehicle equipment violations.

A 23-year-old Cato man was arrested for second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, uninspected vehicle and speeding.

Violations

A 19-year-old Hart Hall resident and a 19-year-old Onondaga Hall resident were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

In separate instances, police charged a 21-year-old Onondaga Hall resident and a 19-year-old Oneida Hall resident with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Police charged three Seneca Hall residents -- a 20-year-old and two 19-year-olds -- with unlawful possession of alcohol.

A 19-year-old Onondaga Hall man was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and two motor vehicle violations.

Motor vehicle misdemeanors

A 22-year-old woman was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and using a cell phone while driving.

A 39-year-old Oswego resident was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection and use of a cell phone while driving.

Police charged a 23-year-old Cato man with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation.

Police charged a 19-year-old Brooklyn man with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a turn signal violation.
