Dear Members of the Campus Community,
Last week I emailed you to provide a progress update on our Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) Self-Study and strategic plan refresh processes. Today, I invite you to provide input on the focus areas for SUNY Oswego’s refreshed strategic plan – a plan that we will launch at the start of the fall 2020 semester.
We are continuing to conduct numerous strategic plan focus groups with all divisions and areas of our campus community. These focus groups are helping us to identify the 4-5 institutional priorities that will serve as the pillars of our next strategic plan and be the institutional priorities that, along with the MSCHE Standards, will organize our upcoming MSCHE Self-Study. These focus areas center around institutional priorities of sustaining and continuing to nurture Student Success, Academic and Creative Excellence, Mutually-Beneficial Partnerships, a Relationship-Rich Inclusive Campus Community, and a Thriving and Sustainable Institution.
If you have not already participated in, or will not be able to attend, one of our strategic plan refresh focus groups, I invite and encourage your input on the following focus areas:
