Get Vaccinated! Clinic #3 Set for Tuesday, April 13

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,

SUNY Oswego has secured an additional 1,500 doses of the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine to administer at a third vaccination clinic to be held on campus on Tuesday, April 13.

*Please enter on the Hart Hall side of the building when entering Hewitt Hall.
** For those driving to campus for their appointment, please park in lots C-18 or E-18.

STUDENTS:  Getting our students (on-campus, off-campus and Syracuse campus students) vaccinated is our top priority. It is why students will have exclusive access to making appointments now through Saturday (April 10) at noon, via the hyperlink below.  Students will continue to have the ability to schedule their vaccination over the next several days leading up to April 13. 

FACULTY & STAFF:  Beginning Saturday (April 10) at noon, all members of our campus community (faculty, staff and students) may make a reservation via the hyperlink below.

SIGN UP/MAKE APPOINTMENT

Follow these steps:

• Click Sign Up/Make Appointment hyperlink which will take you to the College's Vaccination Clinic ticket site.
• Log-in/register and make an appointment for the April 13 clinic.
• You will then receive a confirmation email with a URL link that redirects you to a NYS Department of Health website where you will be able to complete the scheduling process and fill out required forms.
