Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP)

SUNY Oswego is a member in good standing of the Association for Advancing Quality in Educator Preparation (AAQEP), a national accrediting organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Our Mental Health Counseling program is accredited by Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Programs (CACREP) through March 2025.

Our Art Education program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Art & Design (NASAD) with the next scheduled comprehensive review in academic year 2027-2028.
