Jackie is a proud alumna of SUNY Oswego, with a Master's in Business Administration and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration. She has worked at SUNY Oswego since 2002, several of those years in Residence Life & Housing and first-year programming before joining Career Services in 2010. She is currently the Associate Director of Career Services and serves as the Career Coach for the "Undeclared/Exploratory" and "Education, Public & Human Services" career communities. Jackie is also the current President of the CNY Career Development Association and serves as a board member for the SUNY Career Development Organization. Outside of her professional roles, she is active in the  Leighton Home & School Association as past president and advisor, serves on the advisory board for Leadership Oswego County, and is a member of the Zonta Club of Oswego.
