Michael G. Halko MS,RS
The educational and professional journey to Oswego University, in Upstate New York, has provided me with the opportunity to work in a variety of institutions that embrace diversity as a cornerstone of their mission. I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, and obtained an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Biology from Baldwin Wallace College thanks to an Army ROTC Scholarship from John Carroll University. Upon graduation, I received a commission as a Medical Service Corps Officer. I received a Master of Science from Chapman University and subsequently completed the Indian Health Service Injury Prevention Fellowship and Secondary Science Teaching Certificate from Cleveland State University.
