SUNY Oswego Facilities Services' mission is to ensure a safe, clean, comfortable, attractive and sustainable physical environment for the campus. Through the inclusion of the Oswego community on campus and the preservation of valued traditions, the department provides a campus experience of the highest standard. Across all branches of the department, Facilities Services necessitates production and performance to parallel that of the SUNY Oswego experience as a whole.
To submit a work request for repairs, moving, cleaning, access changes, New Project Requests or other needed services provided by the Facilities team, submit a work request through our ReADY Request portal. To make requests for space move and change, go to Other Requests.
Any life-threatening situation such as flooding, electrical hazards, or fire. These requests should be phoned to University Police at 312.315.5555 IMMEDIATELY.
Any interruption or disruption of access, service, or utilities that will result in either: the cancellation or relocation of a scheduled program or; a safety/security breach; or potential damage to campus physical assets.
