How to enroll in Direct Deposit and/or opt out of receiving paper pay stubs

During these unprecedented times, we strongly encourage our employees to enroll in direct deposit and/or opt out of receiving paper paystubs.  Direct deposit will ensure prompt delivery and avoid the delay that occurs in it being mailed directly from The Treasury.  This will also help reduce the extra costs of mailing your paycheck and/or paystub.

To enroll in Direct Deposit:  Please complete a direct deposit form which can be found here: https://www.oswego.edu/human-resources/file/direct-deposit-form

Completed forms can be faxed to 315-312-5070, mailed to 409 Culkin Hall or emailed to payroll@oswego.edu. Note that if you email the form, you will be contacted for verification prior to processing. 

To opt out: please go to www.suny.edu/hrportal and click on either SUNY HR Self Service or NYS Payroll Online icon (located in the same area as Time and Attendance and View Paycheck). The first time you log on, you need to complete a verification process with the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and your NYS ID Number (located on the top right corner of the portal screen and on your direct deposit advices). This will only need to be completed the first time you log in.
