Supervisor COVID-19 Reporting Procedure and Form Update

Supervisors are reminded to report any instance of a COVID-19 symptomatic employee or COVID-19 positive employee to Human Resources. For more information and instructions, please review the Supervisor COVID-19 Reporting Procedure and Resources found on the Oswego Forward webpage in the “Supervisors” section under “Resources and Information”.  The reporting form should be completed if you have knowledge of a symptomatic employee or a COVID-19 positive employee.
