New Hire Paperwork (New Employee): Faculty, Professionals and Graduate Assistant
- For UUP, Management Confidential and Graduate Assistant new hires, HR will set up an electronic New Hire Packet in Hirezon/Interview Exchange. Each new employee will receive an email from Hirezon/Interview Exchange to complete their new hire paperwork. They will be provided with information/resources regarding benefits, retirement, other benefits, payroll, policies, parking, etc.
- The new hire will complete all their new hire paperwork electronically and submit through the Hirezon/Interview Exchange system to the HR Office.
- For a new professional, HR will reach out to the employee with an invitation to a Benefits Orientation with Devin Higgins, Benefits Manager, to go over their benefits and new hire paperwork. Faculty new hires will have their orientation in August or as needed based upon hire date.
New Hire Paperwork (New Employee): CSEA, PEF, NYSCOPBA and APSU
- For Classified, PEF, NYSCOPBA and APSU new hires, HR will send a welcome email that will include all the required new hire paperwork. The employee must complete and return to the HR Office within the first 3 days of their start date (ex: I-9 documentation, etc.).
- HR will reach out to new employees with an invitation to a Benefits Orientation with Devin Higgins, Benefits Manager, to go over their benefits and new hire paperwork.
