New version of Zoom addresses many security issues

Campus Technology Services announced that Zoom 5.0 is now available and addresses many security issues.

CTS suggests that users update now and notify their fellow participants to update as well. A force update will happen starting May 30. This new version addresses many security concerns with the following enhancements:

Deadline extended for Flex Spending submissions

April 29, 2020

The deadline to submit 2019 claims for employees on Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) and Dependent Care Advantage account (DDCA) has been extended to May 31, 2020. Employees who were enrolled in either benefit for 2019 now have this extended deadline to submit claims for the 2019 calendar year.  Employees can download claim forms and find instructions for submitting claims online.
