Course Withdrawal vs Course Drop

Dropping courses is allowed online through September 16 for full semester courses. To drop a course the student may use the myOswego registration system (oswego.edu/myoswego). Courses removed during this period will not appear on a transcript. It is the responsibility of students to drop those courses they no longer are attending. Students should consult with Student Accounts for information on financial liability and Financial Aid regarding Satisfactory Academic Progress.

Course withdrawal begins September 17 and continues through December 6 and can be requested via myOswego under the registration tab. A withdrawal grade of W will be assigned and appear on a student's transcript. A $20 fee will be added to the semester bill.
