SUNY Oswego’s new integrative professional studies (IPS) degree will allow students to focus on topics that benefit their personal or professional journey. The recently launched IPS degree bridges the gap between transfer students and professionals looking to finish their higher education, by maximizing transfer credits and providing enhanced flexibility in how students take classes.

Stanley Arena and Convocation Hall, with a keynote by Katrina Allen-White, a principal with the Syracuse City School District who earned three education degrees from SUNY Oswego.

Farha Barno Ternikar, an associate professor from LeMoyne College, will discuss “Haute Hijab: Brown Girls, Muslim Women and Instagram” at 5 p.m. Thursday, March 31, in the Marano Campus Center auditorium, Room 132.
