The Rich N' Pour Cafe -- a new student-led, student-run cafe -- is now open to the campus and community after hard work by students in a SUNY Oswego business class.

A spoken word performance featuring the poems and short stories of Indigenous/Chicana artist and 2022 SUNY Oswego graduate Chelsea Maldonado called “Redress to the Red Dresses” will raise awareness of the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women (#MMIW) cause. The free event will take place at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 28, in Tyler Hall's Waterman Theatre.

With April celebrated as Earth Month, the Office of Sustainability and its partners offer many different opportunities to engage around campus. Events will include a special breakfast with maple syrup from sap collected on campus, open hours of the Shineman Greenhouse, Arbor Day activities, workshops and more.

For the fourth year in a row, members of the campus community and general public are invited to celebrate National Arbor Day with the Canal Forest Restoration Project (CFRP) team at SUNY Oswego’s Rice Creek Field Station.
