The servers associated with the LakerPrint student printing, myOswego, Banner, and Degreeworks services will have scheduled maintenance on the following dates/times:

On Jan. 17 at 8 a.m., Campus Technology Services (CTS) will remove Zoom recordings from the spring 2021 and summer 2021 semesters to free up file storage.

Full-time employees who are entitled to observe holidays, and are not scheduled to work on Saturday, Dec. 25, or Saturday, Jan. 1, will be credited with regular holiday compensatory time after each holiday.

Employees who are regularly scheduled to work on Saturday will observe Saturday, Dec. 25, and Saturday, Jan, 1, as a holiday unless required to work. Any employee required to work on either day will receive either paid holiday pay or granted holiday compensatory time off (holiday leave), as appropriate.

American flags will fly at half-staff through sunset on Thursday, Dec. 9, in honor of former U.S. senator and majority leader Robert Joseph Dole, following a proclamation by current President Joseph Biden.

Biden praised Dole as "a statesman like few in our history and a war hero" in making the Dec. 5 proclamation. 

Cooper Fitness Center will be open and free for all faculty, staff and students for portions of Winter Break.

Coooper will be open between Dec. 13 and 17, and Jan 10 and 22. Hours will be 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekends during that span.

The Educational Opportunity Program Office invites students to be Peer Leaders for the EOP Summer Program of 2022.

This position is a five-week, live-in position reporting to the EOP director. All Peer Leaders will live on-campus with the EOP Freshman during the summer program, unless it is offered on a virtual platform. If virtual, on campus housing is not provided.

Members of the campus community can receive booster vaccinations against COVID from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 6, in Swetman Gym in Marano Campus Center.

Wegmans sponsors two clinics within that time -- one for the Moderna and/or Pfizer boosters, and another for the Johnson & Johnson booster. The campus recently announced the Winter Break Savings Initiative where telecommuting during the Dec. 19 to Jan. 13 timeframe is highly encouraged for employees. Campus Technology Services (CTS) will continue to offer technology support during this time frame.
