For the first in this series, CTS will cover gift card scams.

ASAP presents program on preparing for finals, work-life balance

SEFA food and supply drive to benefit local people, pets

This year's State Employees Federated Appeal (SEFA) food and supply drive is under way, supporting local people and pets via several agencies.

Collected items will benefit the Human Concerns Food Pantry, the Salvation Army of Oswego County, the Oswego City Animal Shelter and Paws Across Oswego County.

The drive runs through Dec. 2 with collection boxes in the following locations:

Submit scholarly and creative activity for Display-to-Archives

Did you publish any scholarly or creative works in 2022? If so, Penfield Library's Archives want to celebrate your accomplishments as part of its annual Display-to-Archives program.

Del Sarte to host fall recital this weekend

Del Sarte Dance Club's annual fall recital, "Moves Like Del Sarte," will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, and 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 19, in the Oswego High School Auditorium.

SHOP hosting professional clothing giveaway on Nov. 15

From noon to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 15, in 133 Marano Campus Center, SHOP (Students Helping Oz Peers) will host a Professional Clothing Giveaway to support students, faculty and staff in need of business attire.

Campus community members are encouraged to stop by between classes or on a break to peruse the clothing typically offered in SHOP. If you see something that you like and that fits, you can feel free to take it.

These items are free of charge, like all of SHOP's services to SUNY Oswego's faculty, staff and students. 

Blackboard to be decommissioned on Dec. 9

Moving closer to the end of the semester also means SUNY Oswego is moving closer to Blackboard being officially decommissioned. On Dec. 9, Blackboard logins will no longer be available to all campus members.
