Grace Maxon-Clarke of the Dean of Students Office and Jacqueline (Jackie) Wallace of Career Services recently earned the SUNY Chancellor’s Award for Excellence in Professional Service for their long-running dedication to supporting SUNY Oswego students.

2025-26 parking permits now available

July 22, 2025

Parking permits for the upcoming 2025-2026 academic year are now available and can be ordered online by visiting the Parking Portal website.

Upon ordering, you can indicate if you would like to pick up the permit at the Parking Office during regular business hours or request to have it be mailed. If choosing to have it mailed, please be sure the address is correct and allow 7 to 10 business days for mailing.

The campus community is invited to a retirement celebration in honor of Andy Michaelis' 33 years at SUNY Oswego, his achievements, contributions and lasting impact on the SUNY Oswego community. The event will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, in 215 Penfield Library.

After a remarkable 33-year career at SUNY Oswego, the university's database administrator and enterprise architect -- widely known as "the guy in the hat" -- will retire on July 31.
