Campus network maintenance scheduled April 17 and April 24

Campus Technology Services (CTS) will perform maintenance on the campus network on two different dates. During this time, some technology services will be unavailable for everyone on and off-campus.

CTS announces updates to LakerPrint Chromebook and Mobile Printing

Campus Technology Services (CTS) upgraded the student printing system, LakerPrint, over winter break. The upgrades were needed to accommodate the retirement of Google’s Cloud Print system which powered printing for Chromebooks and mobile devices.  There are new ways of printing using these devices outlined below.

Zoom Authentication, Licensing and Security Updates

On Thursday, Jan. 28, at 7 a.m., Zoom will receive several updates. These include a new authentication that uses your campus credentials, licenses configured for all employees and students, and the authentication feature to attend meetings turned on by default.

Extended Help Desk Hours This Week

The CTS Help Desk will be open from 8am to 6pm Monday 1/25 thru Thursday 1/28. Then we will resume normal hours after that, which is Monday thru Thursday, 8am-7pm, and Friday 8am-4:30pm.
