Registration open for KidsTech programs

Registration is open for a pair of popular children's four-week technology programs hosted by the department of technology and Oswego Technology Student Association.

Every Wednesday from Sept. 26 and Oct. 17, STEM 4 Kids invites children in first through third grades to engage in exciting hands-on activities focused on the relationships among the different components of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics).

Salad Bowl luncheon menu: healthy lunch, conversation

EAP will sponsor this semester's first Healthy Salad Bowl Luncheon for faculty and staff at noon on Thursday, Sept. 20, in 114 Marano Campus Center. The event's goal is to gather employees for a healthy lunch and great conversation. 

The event is free to all who bring one salad topping. EAP -- the college's Employee Assistance Program -- will provide lettuce, bowls, salad dressings, utensils and napkins.

Sept. 17 Constitution Day party scheduled

Community Services and Vote Oswego will host a Happy Birthday Constitution Day party from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 17, in Marano Campus Center food court, to honor the signing of the Constitution of the United States by delegates on this day in 1787. 

All are invited to participate in games, play for prizes, take photo booth pictures, eat pizza and birthday cake, and learn about the U.S. Constitution along the way.
