Toll-free calls to no longer require additional codes

March 12, 2020

Due to a shift in technology, Campus Technology Services said campus dialers no longer need an access code to dial toll-free numbers from a college phone.

CTS said the change increases flexibility to make any needed changes to off-campus calling while reducing the number of digits dialed for customers.

This change provides more convenience for the end user, who will not need to add their outgoing call code since a toll-free call incurs a zero charge on their phone bill.
