Faculty and staff members interested in learning how to prep healthy lunches throughout the week are invited to a healthy cooking class starting at noon Friday, March 8, in the Mackin Hall.

The annual March Mayhem Laker Dining Dollars deal starts today and runs through March 15.

The crusading pediatrician who four years ago helped bring the fight for clean-water justice in Flint to the national spotlight will speak at SUNY Oswego this fall about the newly announced Oswego Reading Initiative book for this summer, her award-winning "What the Eyes Don't See."

The first of five candidates for the Dean of the School of Business, Dr. Daewoo Park, will be available today (Wednesday, Feb. 27) for a Faculty, Staff and Student Open Forum, to be held from 3:15 to 4 p.m., in 133 Marano Campus Center.

The STARTALK Chinese language and cultural program announced a workshop this Saturday, March 2, as well the return of its summer workshop.

Campus Technology Services has learned that thousands of Oswego email addresses and passwords have been made public recently, as part of several massive information dumps. It is important to note that passwords for SUNY Oswego services were NOT disclosed, but users may still need to take action.

Proposals for Artswego support are due March 25 for activities that will take place the following academic year. Applications will be reviewed on the basis of artistic quality, educational relevance, strength of planning and commitment of other funds or resources.

Funding recommendations are the responsibility of the Arts Programming Board, a diverse committee of faculty, staff and student representatives.

Repairs are complete, and Mackin Dining Center will reopen for normal hours and service (including GET Food ordering) beginning today (Monday, Feb. 25).

Students interested in speaking with local property owners (landlords) about off-campus housing are encouraged to attend an upcoming fair.

The off-campus housing fair will run noon to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, on the upper concourse area of Marano Campus Center arena (inside the glass).

The fair is sponsored by the SUNY Oswego Student Association and the Campus-City Relations Committee (CCRC).

The campus community is invited to celebrate National Rec Day with Campus Recreation and Fitness Centers today, Friday, Feb. 22.

Activities include:

* Warming up with Campus Rec in Marano Campus Center at 12:30 p.m. by grabbing a free reusable travel mug filled with hot chocolate. 

* Happening in Lee Hall:
